im sorry for misfortunes in life i can relate to your problems and i also have a tooth that sounds just like yours and im in the process of of disabilty and was denied and i also have a court matter of being behind on my child support i might get 3 years for basically indegent at this time.it has been hell .all i can say is dont give up and try to be as strong as u can .i know this is hard but eventually something good will come your way.

i myself have never found any goverment grants that really are honestand are true to there words.but if i do i will keep posted and will let u know if i do find one thats for real and if u find 1 keep me posted maybe by 2 of us working to find one would better our chances .good luck mark

i was involved in a car accident and suffured severe injurys i have 2 blown disk ,spinal stenosis and nerve and muscle dammage and now i have arthritis throughout my body .i filed disability like 4 years ago here in indiana i was rejected .99% of peaple are rejected because there hopeing  that person that is fileing wont come back again because it saves the state money.because of my  injurys i have not been able  to perform work like i used to and i  get very few hrs in and that just enough hardly to feed my kids and keep my family a float it has been very stressful and has been a struggle.meanwhile the courts are trying to put me in prison for 3 years .the courts here in warsaw indiana are saying that since i was rejected from ssi that im able to work  like a normal person im 35 years  years old and i have a medical chart of a 60 or 70 year old .the courts gave me a court appointed public defender because i wasnt able to pay for a regulur attorney   so when i went into court at my evidentuary hearing my lawyer didnt even go over my case so that we could be prepared i believe the courts had it setup this way on purpose my disabilty lawyer wrote a letter to the courts on my first court date and it stated that mark has a real good chance at getting his disabilty  and that ssi was backed up and that ssi somehow misplaced my doctors records and the prosecuter  at my evidentury said that  he could not find that letter from my disabilty that was done on purpose so that  it wasnt shown as evidence and documented in in warsaw idiana court house  so the courts have gotting what they wanted a case that they rushed and  pretty much did what they wanted to .they have set a sentence date for this march the 26th at 9:15 a.m they told me to bring in my proof then but i feel as though they have already made up there minds because a sentence date is just that they dont let  show ur proof  because its not recorded as evidence its to sentence me.i really wish i had a paid attorney but do not have the money to have 1 or my case  would   be treated fairy .wheres the justice in that?im looking at 3 years in prison  i dont want to loose my family because in limited because on my health and its not fair how the courts are treating me .i still and hopeing for some type of mircle to come my way .im asking for someone out there to loan me like 10k for my child support and 10k for a good lawyer that i know thats not going to be working with the state like a public defender .i have a home where i only owe like 4 or 5k more on it and we could sighn a contract to that affect and use my home as calateral again im not asking for free money just some help with my legal matters or if there would happen to be an attorney out there that reads this is willing to help me it would be a blessing to me and my family because i pray i dont loose them because of how  courts can bully peaples around because there indigent ,or if anyone has some useful tips for me i would be great to hear what u all have to say about my situation .plez email me at bellspainting@comcast.net and if  u read this after the 26th of march and if  i was sent off can u  plez email me because i will have my gf check my email from time to time.ty so much  for listing to my problem.

I  was involved in a bad accident  and have 2 blown disk  ,nerve dammage,muscle dammage,spinal stennois,arthritis throughout my body  and i have been on pain meds for 6 yeras strait npw to help control my pain level why it is that i was denied im very disapointed with that .I have plenty of med reports and the 1 states that i should not be working and the other 1 states that my health problems are so severe that it has decreased my life by 9% do to all my problems meanwhile i have really gotting behind on a child support order because now the courts are  saying well mark has been dienied means he  can work full time and  and pay his  support.truth of the matter is the state rejects  most cases that there hopeing that peaple wont apply again which saves that state money its unfair but basically  its political .im going on like 4 years now and the state knows that they would have to pay me  for that whole 4 hrs which is alot of money and the state of indiana knows this i honestly believe this is the truth and now i have talked to my lawyer which repesents me and he  said that the state of indiana ssi has lost my file anything to stall it.ahh i sit here very stressed out now because the courts here in warsaw  indiana are wanting to send me to state pirson for 3 years .i didnt have the money for a regular lawyer so they appointed me a public defender so when i went into court at my evidentuary hearing i wasnt giveing a fair hearing because that public defender didnt even ask me to come into his office to prepare for my case i feel the courts had this setup because they didnt want to show ito record my evidence to show cause.now the courts have set a sentence date which  is march 26th   and they told me to bring in my evidence at that  court date i know they have already made there minds up  at my unfair hearing.i know i have alot of words to say but i just want u to have a good look at my situation which i can proove all this is happing to me .im looking for someone out there that reads this will help me out finanially and would consider this a loan and in 1 year i have a place that would be paid off that i can use that as calateral est 20k and we can sighn a contract to that affect .i would hate to loose my family over this matter and im worried about what will happen to them if im not around  if something where to happen to them or 1 of them while i was  away.im very stressed over this.if u are interested in helping me  or if u have any imformation that could help me email me plez  at bellspaiting@comcast.net  ty so much for reading this
